Location: Ideally Kandy, although Colombo-based candidates willing to relocate/travel to Kandy would also be considered.

Profile Required

We are looking for a strong Senior PM profile with:

• 10+ years’ experience in Project / Programme Management
• Experience delivering large-scale software delivery programmes
• Strong customer-facing capability, ideally with international clients
• Experience gained working with US and/or European organisations
• Hands-on delivery mindset – someone willing to get stuck in operationally
• Proven ability managing multi-million-dollar programmes
• Experience running programmes typically lasting 12–24 months
• Cross-functional delivery leadership experience
