RESPONSIBILITY / DELIVERABLE

• Participate in the recruitment and retention process for competent and talented personnel.
• Conduct recruitment campaigns and support end-to-end hiring activities to fulfill manpower requirements.
• Maintain good relationships with recruitment support teams, agencies, and external stakeholders to ensure effective recruitment operations.
• Support employee retention initiatives and engagement activities to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
• Identify training and development needs in collaboration with department heads and ensure their fulfillment.
• Assisting HOD in ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, accurate and timely support for finalizing below staff payroll and statutory payments.
• Assisting HOD to install a high-performance work culture through employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES

• A degree or professional qualification in HR.
• Minimum Two years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• Male candidate would be preferred.
