We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Supervisor to oversee daily HR operations and support the development of a positive and productive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in employee management, recruitment, staff development, and maintaining company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities: • Supervise daily HR and administrative operations • Conduct employee evaluations and monitor staff performance • Enforce company policies, procedures, and workplace culture • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and hiring processes • Organize employee training and development programs • Promote staff engagement and employee satisfaction initiatives • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation • Support HR technology adoption and process improvements • Handle employee concerns and assist in conflict resolution • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations • Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information
Requirements: • Proven experience in HR supervision or a similar HR role • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems • Knowledge of UAE Labor Law is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
