Asscoiate Director (Infrastructure/ DevOps)

We are looking for an Associate Director to head up our DevOps / Infrastructure practice in Sri Lanka, with a strong delivery and infrastructure background to manage, maintain, and improve cloud and on-prem infrastructure environments.

This role is more focused on delivery, coordination, infrastructure operations, and systems management rather than pure software development.

Managing a team, dealing with stakeholders and managing our core operations using Linux systems and AWS.

Required Skills Strong Linux administration experience Server and infrastructure management AWS cloud infrastructure Networking fundamentals Jenkins / CI-CD pipelines VPN and firewall configuration Infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting Experience managing production environments Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have Docker / Kubernetes Terraform / Ansible Security hardening Scripting (Bash / Python) Monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, etc.) Responsibilities Manage and maintain infrastructure environments Support DevOps delivery and deployment processes Coordinate infrastructure changes and releases Troubleshoot server, networking, and cloud issues Maintain VPNs, firewalls, and security controls Work with engineering and operations teams Improve infrastructure reliability and performance
