Voxal is hiring a full time Project Manager & QA based in Sri Lanka to keep our team and projects running tight across web design, development, and digital marketing work for clients in wellness, health tech, and performance brands.

What you'll do:Own project timelines from kickoff to delivery. Coordinate designers, developers, and content folks. Track tasks in Notion, run stand-ups, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. QA every site, page, and deliverable before it goes to the client. Catch bugs, broken links, spacing issues, responsive problems, and anything that's not up to standard. Push work back when it's not ready.

You should have:

• Based in Sri Lanka (remote, but must be in SL)
• 2+ years managing digital projects (web design, dev, or marketing agencies preferred)
• Sharp eye for detail — you spot the things others miss
• Good design sense (you'll be QA'ing visual work, so you need to recognise when something looks off)
• Strong QA instinct across desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Comfortable with Notion, Slack, ClickUp, or similar PM tools
• Understanding of web design and development workflows (Figma to Webflow)
• Clear written communication, especially in async setups
• Ability to hold the team accountable without being a pushover
• Strong team player

Bonus points:

• Basic understanding of how websites are built
• Familiarity with Figma
• SEO and analytics basics
• Experience working with US or international clients
• Ability to integrate AI into workflows to speed up admin and QA work
