Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition from job posting and screening to technical assessments and final interviews.
• Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, and headhunting to secure specialized talent for the heavy equipment and mining sectors.
• Partner with Department Heads to define technical competencies and KPIs for all open requisitions.
• Manage the seamless integration and induction of new hires.

Requirements

• 1-2 years in recruitment, ideally within heavy equipment, manufacturing, or mining.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or a related field.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
