Job Role:

The Mandarin-speaking Sales Commercial Supervisor acts as the commercial liaison between local sales activities and Mandarin-speaking management. You will manage dealer negotiations and commercial terms, ensuring accurate inventory records and translating market feedback into actionable insights for product and sales improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Development: Develop local offline sales channels, targeting distributors and retail outlets.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Coordinate commercial terms and contract negotiations with Key Accounts (KA).
  • Bilingual Liaison: Translate market dynamics and competitor trends into reports for Mandarin-speaking management.
  • Demand Forecasting: Monitor market demand to provide input for production and supply chain forecasting.
  • Field Execution: Conduct field visits to retail terminals to ensure promotional execution and gather feedback.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations or Commercial roles, including experience as a Supervisor, preferably within Consumer Electronics or IT industries, with a proven track record in acquiring distributors, system integrators (SI), or other channel partners.
  • Proficient in data analysis for commercial forecasting and able to translate market feedback into actionable insights for product or sales improvements.
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian offline sales models, distribution channels, and key account management.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin for spoken and written communication with stakeholders.
  • High initiative, results-oriented, motivated, strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and dedication to accuracy and commercial excellence.
