Job Role:
The HRGA Manager leads the full spectrum of Human Resources and General Affairs functions, focusing on talent acquisition, organizational development, and workplace infrastructure. You will drive initiatives that enhance employee performance, engagement, and operational efficiency to support the company’s growth across IT, manufacturing, and retail distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales, retail, and manufacturing roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Update organizational structures, design job descriptions, and set KPIs to drive performance across all departments.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and maintain harmonious employee relations.
- Oversee training needs analysis (TNA) and design/conduct internal training programs to enhance employee skills and development.
- Manage site facilities, security, company assets (vehicles/buildings), and labor-related permits.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related fields.
- 7–10 years of experience in HR and General Affairs, including at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within Technology or Consumer Electronics industries.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and experience in industrial relations.
- Proficient in HRIS, payroll management, and creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Experienced in training needs analysis (TNA) and designing internal training programs and materials.
- Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin for spoken and written communication with stakeholders.
- High initiative, strong interpersonal skills, results-oriented, and capable of fostering a positive organizational culture.
