Role Overview
We are seeking a highly disciplined, systems-oriented Revenue Operations & Growth Lead to drive predictable pipeline growth, brand authority, and revenue visibility. This is a hybrid growth role operating at the intersection of content, CRM orchestration, sales enablement, and revenue intelligence.
Sales Enablement & Client Engagement
- Prepare the CEO for every prospect meeting (firm research, stakeholder mapping, competitive intelligence).
- Draft and send personalised follow-up emails within 24 hours of meetings.
- Manage structured nurture campaigns (value-driven touchpoints every 4–6 weeks).
- Coordinate with external sales agents to ensure follow-through on introductions.
- Map stakeholders at target firms (COO, CIO/CTO, Head of IT, Legal Ops, Practice Heads).
- Engage directly with prospects via LinkedIn and email in a consultative manner.
KPI Tracking & Revenue Operations
- Own weekly task tracking (Green / Amber / Red status reporting).
- Compile the Monthly KPI Dashboard (revenue, pipeline, content output, agent performance).
- Monitor UK legal media for trigger events and draft outreach within 48 hours.
- Maintain deal probability scoring and weighted pipeline values.
- Produce quarterly revenue vs plan reports (Conservative / Base / Stretch targets).
Systems Integration & Automation
- Build and maintain an integrated ecosystem: Office 365 ↔ HubSpot ↔ LinkedIn ↔ Website ↔ Newsletter tools.
- Implement AI-driven efficiencies (content drafting, enrichment, summarisation, research).
- Evaluate new tools for CRM enrichment, intent data, SEO analytics, social scheduling.
- Document workflows and processes to eliminate dependency on tribal knowledge.
HubSpot CRM Orchestration
- Own HubSpot as the single source of truth for all contact, pipeline, and deal data.
- Ensure all interactions (email, LinkedIn, meetings, calls) are logged same-day.
- Build and maintain structured deal stages: Awareness → Engagement → First Meeting → Internal Champion → Multi-Stakeholder → Proposal → Closed Won
- Configure integrations (Office 365, calendar, LinkedIn where possible).
- Build and manage workflows: automated follow-ups, lead scoring, stage alerts, task reminders.
- Maintain data hygiene and segmentation (firm tier, practice area, engagement level).
- Add 50+ qualified contacts per month.
- Build reporting dashboards for weekly pipeline health and monthly KPIs.
Content Creation & Marketing
- Write and publish 2 long-form SEO-optimised blog articles per month (1,500–2,000 words).
- Produce and distribute a monthly newsletter (target: 30%+ open rate, 5%+ CTR).
- Develop tailored capability decks, proposals, and one-pagers.
- Create anonymised, practice-specific case studies (insurance, M&A, litigation, data ops).
- Maintain website content accuracy and positioning.
- Coordinate materials for quarterly Cognitive OutsourcingTM Roadshows (invites, presentations, follow-ups).
LinkedIn & Digital Presence
- Manage and execute the LinkedIn content calendar (3 posts per week: Case Study Tuesday, Insight Wednesday, Provocation Friday) across the CEO’s personal profile and company page.
- Operate LinkedIn Sales Navigator daily: monitor 200+ UK target law firms for trigger events (job changes, posts, funding news, technology shifts).
- Draft personalised outreach messages and connection requests for the CEO — no templates. Each message must reference firm-specific context.
- Build and maintain a structured content pipeline: topic identification, research, drafting, data sourcing, visual asset coordination.
- Track and report LinkedIn performance metrics (engagement rate, follower growth, reach, inbound leads).
Essential Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in a hybrid marketing / sales / revenue operations role.
- Background in B2B professional services, technology, legal tech, or consulting preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in HubSpot CRM (pipelines, workflows, dashboards, segmentation, automation).
- Strong LinkedIn Sales Navigator and social selling experience.
- Exceptional written and spoken English (native-level fluency).
- Proven long-form content writing ability (blogs, case studies, email sequences).
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for productivity and research.
