As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to help expand our client base, strengthen partnerships, and drive business growth.
Role Overview
As a Sales & Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the company’s overall growth strategy. You will work closely with management, marketing, and technical teams to understand client requirements and present tailored software and digital solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, enjoys engaging with people, and is eager to build a successful career in business development and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with potential customers
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations
- Support negotiations and follow up on sales opportunities to close deals
- Maintain and update CRM systems and sales pipelines
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, promotions, and brand awareness initiatives
- Research market trends, competitors, and industry opportunities
- Represent the company at events, meetings, and networking opportunities when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related role
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients
- Good understanding of digital products, software solutions, or technology services
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the software development or IT industry
- Familiarity with proposal writing and client pitching
- Understanding of digital marketing and online lead generation
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales tracking tools
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
