Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Ability to uphold confidentiality and data integrity in all recruitment activities.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end talent acquisition across multiple business units, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment trackers, dashboards and candidate pipeline.
- Assist in campus outreach, engagement, and talent attraction campaigns.
- Support onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth transition for new joiners.
- Knowledge in HRIS would be an added advantage.
- Support the team with tasks assigned on a need basis.
