Responsibilities
- Prepare store layout plans, fit-out drawings, and technical documentation for new store openings, relocations, and renovation projects.
- Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and landlords throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site surveys, measurements, and progress monitoring to ensure project execution runs smoothly and according to approved designs.
- Review technical drawings, shop drawings, and material submissions to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
- Support project timeline tracking and identify potential issues that may impact cost, quality, or completion schedule.
- Ensure all fit-out activities comply with safety regulations, construction standards, and brand guidelines.
- Assist in preparing reports, project updates, and presentation materials for management review.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Operations, IT, Procurement, and Merchandising during store setup and handover processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail fit-out, interior construction, or related project roles.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical capabilities are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Familiar with design and visualization software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of retail construction processes and project coordination.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Willing to travel for site visits and project supervision when required.
