Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end export and import processes, including documentation and shipment coordination.
- Ensure timely delivery and clearance of goods.
- Prepare and review export-import documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations related to import licensing and permits for industrial machinery.
- Coordinate with customs brokers and relevant authorities.
- Manage and process required import permits (PI, API, NIB, HS Code classification, etc.).
- Ensure all machinery imports comply with government regulations and standards.
- Handle issues related to shipment delays, customs clearance, and documentation discrepancies.
- Monitor logistics costs, duties, and taxes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in export-import, preferably in the manufacturing/heavy equipment industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian import regulations and licensing for industrial machinery.
- Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Familiar with customs systems and documentation.
