Description of Senior/ Brand Executive
Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing campaigns & promotions to achieve sales targets
- Capability pf working as a team player with all divisions of the organization in crafting out plans & execution
- Post evaluation of marketing programs executed
- Study of marketing activities for decision making purposes
- Identify new market segments & opportunities
- Capability of working with external parties such as advertising agencies, suppliers, media stations and other service providers
- Obtain consumer insights on the field which are relevant to the industry and organization
- Ensure sound documentation processes are followed such as contracts, budgeting, invoicing etc.
- Thorough planning at execution stage with new product development, activations, events, outlet openings, day to day operations, new brand launches etc.
Requirements:
- Preference will be given to those who possess part qualification in CIM/SLIM or a relevant marketing qualification from a recognized institution
- Should have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity
- Age of 30 years or below
- Should possess exceptionally good presentation & negotiation skills
- Should have excellent communication skill both oral, written & must be computer literate
- Should be target oriented & committed to achieving targets
- Should be able to function independently under minimum supervision
- Sound knowledge in Microsoft office packages including excel, word, PowerPoint etc.
- Ability to work under pressure with challenging timelines
- Should be flexible to work at any given time as per request of the organization
