Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing services for large-scale institutional and commercial developments. The role involves end-to-end coordination of MEP design, planning, execution, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and monitor all MEP works to ensure timely delivery.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

• Review drawings, resolve site issues, and ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards. 2, 3

Requirements & Qualifications

Education:

• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

• B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (EEE)

Technical Skills

• MEP Management

• Commercial & Institutional Projects

• Construction & High-Rise Residential

• Site Quality Control & Planning

Mandatory Criteria

• Local Candidates: Must be based in Delhi NCR / Gurugram.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and a strong, client-facing personality.

• Work History: Stable career background with reputed construction or real estate firms.

Interview Process

• Total Rounds: 2 Rounds

• Final Round: Mandatory Face-to-Face (F2F) interview in Gurugram
