• Must have experience working in the residential high-rise segment.

• Must be able to work on and plan activities using MS Project and other related software.

• Must be able to track and monitor project schedules on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• Must be able to share MIS and other reports with clients from time to time.

• Must have knowledge of other MEP-related work packages.

• Must have knowledge of coordinating with project consultants and stakeholders, including clients.

• Must be able to correlate site activities and internally coordinate with site teams.

• Must have knowledge of design management and pre-construction management.

• Must be able to handle all documentation and updates related to project correspondences.

• Should possess problem-solving skills and analytical thinking abilities.

• Should have worked on at least one residential project of approximately 20 floors, from concept to completion (around 4–5 lakh sq. ft. in size).

Qualification - BE/B.Tech Civil with NICMAR postgraduate MUST

Experience: 4 to 7 years in real estate construction management (residential segment)
