Job Purpose:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing strategic business opportunities within the education segment. The role involves building strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions to enhance employee wellbeing through EAP services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to identify potential enterprise clients and industry trends.
• Generate and qualify leads within target organizations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (HR, leadership teams,etc.).
• Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements.
• Develop and deliver customized presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients.
• Manage and track sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, operations) for successful execution.
• Represent the organization at industry events and networking forums.
• Continuously update knowledge on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
• Postgraduate / MBA preferred
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience.

• Awareness of industry trends and market dynamics.
