KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in handling corporate administration and day-to-day office operations. • Maintain and organize company records, documents, and correspondence. • Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and administrative documentation. • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal departments regarding administrative matters. • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain executive calendars. • Support regulatory, compliance, and corporate documentation processes. • Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure document confidentiality. • Assist in preparing management reports and administrative updates. • Handle incoming inquiries and provide professional administrative support. • Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Corporate Administration, or a related field. • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Good computer literacy, including MS Office applications. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Professional attitude and willingness to learn. • Previous experience in administration or corporate services will be an added advantage.
