The Job

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software-related issues.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and update operating systems and application software.
  • Support and maintain internal network infrastructure, including troubleshooting connectivity and performance issues.
  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on POS (Point of Sale) machines.
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair 80mm and 58mm thermal receipt printers.
  • Provide remote technical support using tools such as AnyDesk and UltraViewer.
  • Maintain Repair Service Work Orders and ensure accurate service documentation.
  • Prepare and issue repair quotations for repairable equipment and machines.
  • Maintain service records and support timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company service standards and technical procedures.

The Person

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Hardware, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in technical support, hardware maintenance, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking fundamentals.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and repairing POS systems and peripheral devices.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools such as AnyDesk and UltraViewer.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills.
