One of our reputed clients, a contemporary designer fashion house, is seeking dynamic and customer-focused Studio and Client Coordinator to support studio operations, client engagement, and premium styling experiences. The ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills, excellent coordination abilities, and a passion for fashion and customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle client inquiries, appointments, fittings, sessions, and follow-ups. • Welcome clients and ensure a professional, warm, and premium studio experience. • Coordinate schedules between clients, designers, stylists, and production teams. • Maintain client records, order details, fitting notes, preferences, and feedback. • Track garment progress, alterations, deliveries, and after-sales requirements. • Manage the studio to ensure appointment readiness and smooth daily operations. • Support private appointments, launch events, styling sessions, and client relationship activities. • Assist with administrative tasks including reports, invoices, calendars, and studio records. • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of client requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification or equivalent is required. • Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Fashion, Hospitality, Customer Service, Marketing, or a related field will be an added advantage. • Good computer literacy including Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and documents. • Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala. Tamil will be an added advantage. • Prior experience in client service, fashion, retail, beauty, hospitality, or premium service is preferred. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Professional appearance and polished interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and creative environment.
