The Job
- Manage banking transactions and maintain related documentation.
- Coordinate international account activities and perform reconciliations.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Assist with internal and external audit requirements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Identify and implement improvements to finance processes.
The Person
- CA Intermediate Level qualification.
- Undergraduate in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting and Financial Reporting.
- Strong knowledge of General Ledger management, banking documentation, international accounts, and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and accounting systems.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional, reliable, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
