The Job

  • Handle day-to-day HR operational activities.
  • Coordinate recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR data management.
  • Prepare HR letters, contracts, and other employee-related documents.
  • Maintain employee personal files and HR databases.
  • Coordinate employee confirmations, transfers, resignations, and exit procedures.
  • Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR procedures.
  • Assist in organizing training programs and staff welfare activities.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to the HR department.

The Person

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration.
  • Good knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and HR documentation procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong administrative and coordination skills.
  • Male candidate preferred.
