The Job
- Handle day-to-day HR operational activities.
- Coordinate recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR data management.
- Prepare HR letters, contracts, and other employee-related documents.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR databases.
- Coordinate employee confirmations, transfers, resignations, and exit procedures.
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR procedures.
- Assist in organizing training programs and staff welfare activities.
- Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to the HR department.
The Person
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration.
- Good knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and HR documentation procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong administrative and coordination skills.
- Male candidate preferred.
