THE JOB

• Coordinate the Counselling and Applied Psychology programme, ensuring academic quality and compliance.
• Deliver lectures, tutorials, workshops, and practical sessions.
• Develop and review course materials, curricula, and assessments.
• Guide and mentor students.
• Monitor student progress and attendance.
• Liaise with stakeholders and industry partners.
• Ensure programme documentation and quality assurance.
• Promote the programme through outreach and networking activities.

THE PERSON

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field.
• Master's Degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in teaching, programme coordination, or academic counselling.
• Relevant industry experience in counselling or applied psychology.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong subject knowledge and learner-centred teaching approach.
• Good organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
