Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, commercially-minded, and highly motivated Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in the tea industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new initiatives to expand the customer base.
• Nurture relationships with existing buyers, address inquiries and ensure high-level customer satisfaction.
• Work consistently to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Develop sales plans and activities to achieve the set objectives.
• Maintain good customer relations and pursue new sales opportunities.

Candidate Profile

• 2-3 + years of proven sales and marketing experience.
• Fluent in English language (written and oral), strong project management, negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle corporate customers.
• Diploma in marketing or a bachelors degree. MBA would be an added advantage.
• Age between 23 to 30 years.
• Must possess a valid driving license.
