The Job
- Develop and execute student recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, agents, and partners.
- Conduct student counseling sessions and provide accurate information on programs, admissions, and career pathways.
- Represent the institution at education fairs, school visits, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Monitor recruitment performance and prepare reports on campaigns and activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth student enrollment process.
- Support marketing and outreach initiatives to increase student engagement and admissions.
The Person
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or an equivalent qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, business development, or a related field.
- Mandatory experience in the education sector.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
