Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies, governance frameworks, policies, and compliance programs aligned with corporate and operational objectives.
- Manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistency in HR practices, workforce governance, and operational standards.
- Lead manpower planning initiatives including workforce mobilization, staffing coordination, recruitment planning, organizational structuring, and operational readiness for new business or factory setups.
- Drive organizational transformation and change management initiatives, including employee engagement, retention programs, workforce harmonization, and HR integration activities.
- Oversee labor law compliance, HR audits, labor inspections, corrective action implementation, workforce investigations, and employment regulation adherence to minimize organizational risk.
- Handle complex industrial relations matters including union engagement, disciplinary cases, grievance management, labor disputes, and workforce stabilization activities.
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to leadership teams by supporting productivity improvement, organizational effectiveness, and workforce risk mitigation.
- Lead crisis management and labor contingency initiatives related to workforce emergencies, operational disruptions, and employee escalations while ensuring business continuity.
- Supervise and support Factory HR Managers in implementing HR policies, employee services, workforce governance, and operational HR execution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, government institutions, regulatory authorities, customers, and external organizations to maintain effective employee and industrial relations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Master’s Degree in HR, Business, or Management is preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or HR Operations within manufacturing or labor-intensive industries.
- Strong understanding of labor law, industrial relations, HR governance, and organizational development.
- Experience managing multi-site HR operations and workforce transformation initiatives.
- Fluent in English
