One of our reputed clients is seeking experienced and customer-focused Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of a premium perfume retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing store staff, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth store operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the perfume retail store. • Lead, supervise, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and service standards. • Ensure excellent customer service and a premium shopping experience for all customers. • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. • Manage stock levels, inventory control, and product replenishment. • Ensure proper merchandising, product displays, and visual presentation of the store. • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management. • Monitor cash handling, billing, and store administration activities. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards. • Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store marketing activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in perfumes, cosmetics, beauty, fashion, or luxury retail. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent sales, customer service, and relationship-building abilities. • Good communication skills in English and Sinhala; Tamil will be an added advantage. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. • Good computer literacy and experience with POS systems. • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets. • Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
