One of our reputed clients in Kuwait's Printing & Packaging Industry is urgently hiring experienced Operators – Flexo Print Line to manage flexographic printing operations and ensure high-quality production output.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up flexographic printing presses by installing and adjusting printing plates, anilox rollers, inks, and dies according to job specifications.
• Monitor printing operations and adjust machine settings such as speed, ink flow, pressure, and registration.
• Inspect printed materials regularly for color accuracy, print quality, and compliance with specifications.
• Troubleshoot printing issues including registration errors, ink flow problems, and machine malfunctions.
• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, maintenance, and minor repairs on equipment.
• Follow production schedules, safety procedures, and quality control standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong knowledge of flexographic printing processes and equipment.
• Experience in machine operation, troubleshooting, and quality control.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic maintenance and repairs.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• ERP software knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle production materials.
