One of our reputed clients in Kuwait's Printing & Packaging Industry is urgently hiring Assistant Operators – Flexo Print Line to support printing operations and ensure smooth production processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in setting up printing machines, including installation of plates, rollers, and related components.
• Support press operators during production runs.
• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and maintenance of machinery.
• Handle inks, solvents, and other production materials safely.
• Monitor material levels and assist in maintaining production efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Work closely with operators, quality control staff, and supervisors to achieve production targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
• Basic understanding of flexographic printing processes.
• Commitment to quality and workplace safety.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• ERP software knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
