One of our reputed clients in Kuwait's Printing & Packaging Industry is urgently hiring experienced Operators – Rotogravure Print Line to manage printing operations and ensure high-quality production output.

SALARY: Negotiable

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up and operate rotogravure printing machines according to production requirements.
• Install printing cylinders and thread printing materials such as paper, film, and packaging stock.
• Adjust guides, tension controls, and electronic scanners for accurate color registration.
• Regulate ink flow, viscosity, and color consistency to ensure quality output.
• Inspect printed materials for defects, alignment, and color accuracy.
• Troubleshoot printing press issues and minimize production downtime.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.
• Maintain production records and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong understanding of rotogravure printing processes and machine operations.
• Knowledge of inks, printing materials, and quality control procedures.
• Mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• ERP software knowledge preferred.
