One of our reputed clients in Kuwait's Printing & Packaging Industry is urgently hiring experienced Operators – Laser Die-Cutting & Lamination Machine to support precision cutting and lamination operations.

SALARY: Negotiable

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Configure and set up laser die-cutting and lamination machines for production jobs.
• Load materials and prepare machines for operation.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure efficient production.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot machine issues, material jams, and production defects.
• Perform routine machine cleaning, lubrication, and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate production and waste records.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience operating digital die-cutting or similar machinery.
• Understanding of machine settings, adjustments, and troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• ERP software knowledge preferred.
• Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.
