One of our prestigious clients is looking for an experienced Solutions Engineers to join their team immediately. This role involves working closely with customers and internal teams to design, implement, and support technical solutions that meet business requirements.

SALARY: AUD 2,000 – 2,500

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with development and project teams to design and implement solutions.
• Provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and solution designs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective resolutions.
• Conduct system testing and ensure solutions meet client expectations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a Solutions Engineer, Systems Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software, systems, and business processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
