We're Hiring - Associate, Marketing Operations (AI-Native)

We are building something ambitious at allintalent, and we need a sharp, curious, AI-forward marketer to grow with us.

What you will do:

• Execute campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and digital channels
• Coordinate content, creatives, and publishing workflows
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and more) as a core part of your daily work
• Support recruitment marketing and employer branding for allintalent

What we are looking for:

• Demonstrated interest or experience in marketing, content creation, digital media, communications, operations, or related areas
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to support learning, research, content creation, or task execution
• Strong written English communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience creating content for LinkedIn or social media
• Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, Claude, ClickUp, Notion, or similar tools
• Internship, university, personal project, club, or startup exposure
• Interest in AI, startups, recruitment marketing, or digital operations
• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, English, or a related field
