Customer Support Representatives (Colombo, Sri Lanka)

One of our prestigious clients is looking for experienced Customer Support Representatives to join their team immediately.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and customer concerns.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Meet performance targets and service standards set by the company.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or customer support is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Good computer literacy and familiarity with online communication tools.
  • Ability to work according to US business hours and the US holiday calendar.
