What You'll Do:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome all customers, guests, and visitors to the company premises in alignment with Toyota’s Omotenashi (hospitality) principles.
  • Manage incoming calls professionally, ensuring prompt routing to the relevant departments.
  • Handle front office administrative duties including documentation, meeting room coordination, courier dispatches, and visitor management.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and professional reception area that reflects Toyota’s brand standards.
  • Provide general support to the Customer Relations and Administrative teams when required.

We’re looking for:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage).
  • Telephone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and pleasant personality.
