Your Role

• Develop and deliver intuitive, high-quality designs and interfaces that enhance user experience while maintaining brand consistency across all digital platforms;
• Create conceptual designs, wireframes, prototypes , and user flows to communicate design ideas to all stakeholders;
• Collaborate with project managers, software engineers, and other designers to ensure seamless design implementation and maintain design quality throughout development;
• Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and industry trends;
• Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for a variety of screen sizes and devices;
• Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs, providing design assets and specifications;
• Identify problems and design solutions based on user needs, business objectives and technical constraints for products developed;
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to drive innovation and enhance user experience.

Your Profile

• Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or an equivalent academic discipline;
• A creative background supported by practical experience in illustration, art, or a related field;
• Comfortable navigating and utilizing component-based design systems;
• Adept at the creation of diverse creative assets and materials;
• Experience working with libraries such as Flowbite and Shadcn or comparable tools;
• Deep understanding of best practices for mobile and web apps, including accessibility standards and App Store requirements;
• Comprehensive grasp of global design aesthetics and industry-standard best practices;
• Proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving setting;
• Skilled at distilling complex concepts into intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and user-centric designs;
• Capable of interpreting and articulating intricate user requirements to stakeholders from diverse technical backgrounds;
• A detail-oriented problem-solver who thrives when collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute creative projects.

Tools

• Expert proficiency in UI/UX design tools (E.g., Figma, AdobeXD);
• Knowledge of prototyping and user-testing tools is beneficial.
