The Job

• Deliver lectures and tutorials in Database and Web Application Development.
• Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments.
• Conduct examinations and evaluate student performance.
• Supervise student projects and provide academic guidance.
• Ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
• Support curriculum development and academic quality initiatives.
• Maintain accurate academic records and reports.

The Person

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching and/or industry experience in Database and Web Application Development.

• Strong knowledge of:Database Design and Database Management Systems (SQL & NoSQL) Database Administration, Security, Access Control, and Data Integrity Distributed Databases and Cloud-Based Database Solutions Data Modelling and Database Architecture Full-Stack .NET Web Application Development (ASP.NET Core, MVC, ADO.NET, Database Integration)

• Professional certifications such as Oracle Database SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB Developer Certification, or equivalent will be an added advantage.

• Ability to conduct lectures, prepare assessments, and supervise student projects.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Prior experience in higher education teaching is preferred.
