One of our prestigious clients in Sri Lanka is looking for an experienced Senior 3D Modeller & Visualizer to join their team immediately.

SALARY: Negotiable (Based on qualifications and experience)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop accurate 3D models for architectural, interior, landscape, façade, and lighting design projects.
• Create high-quality photorealistic renderings and visualizations for client presentations.
• Produce night-time lighting studies and lighting visualization outputs.
• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project teams to develop design concepts.
• Prepare presentation images, animations, and client-ready visual materials.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy of all visual outputs.
• Optimize 3D models and rendering workflows to meet project deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5–10 years of experience in 3D modelling, architectural visualization, lighting visualization, or design visualization.
• Strong expertise in architectural and design-related 3D modelling and rendering.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Corona, D5 Render, Blender, or similar visualization tools.
• Experience in architectural, interior, landscape, façade, and lighting design projects.
• Strong understanding of lighting, materials, textures, and composition.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality visual outputs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
