If you've spent years on a production floor, in planning, in a stores/inventory function, or in plant finance and you've watched plant inventory and assets get tracked manually, on spreadsheets and gut feel this is the role where you finally get to build the fix.

We're a growing supply-chain technology startup behind Traceit, the platform replacing manual plant-asset and item tracking operations for some of the largest apparel manufacturers in South Asia. We're scaling from a handful of plants to many, across Sri Lanka, India and Bangladesh. To do that, we need someone who knows the factory and isn't afraid of technology.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲, 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲

Own the journey from "a plant signs on" to "a plant can't imagine working without us" and turn what you learn on the ground into the product's next version.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝘄𝗻

→ Implementation & onboarding. Take new plants live data setup, configuration, training, go-live and make each rollout smoother than the last.

→ Adoption & customer success. Be the person the client trusts. Drive real usage, not just logins, and grow the accounts you look after.

→ Escalation judgment. When something breaks or a call is genuinely hard, you're the one who grades it and decides what happens next.

→ Product input that actually ships. Sit close enough to the floor to spot what's missing, then translate it into clear requirements for the engineering team. You'll shape the roadmap, not just report bugs.

→ Building the self-serve engine. Help design the onboarding, reporting and automation that let customers do more themselves — so scaling won't be a problem.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

✓ You've worked inside the apparel industry. Production, planning, inventory/stores, industrial engineering or plant finance backgrounds are all welcome what matters is that you understand how a factory actually runs.

✓ You're tech-savvy. You don't need to be a developer, but you should be the kind of person who figures out new tools fast, lives comfortably in dashboards and data, and gets excited (not nervous) about automation and AI.

✓ You want to change how the industry works. You've been frustrated by the manual, spreadsheet-bound way things are done, and you want to be the one who replaces it.

✓ You own outcomes. You chase things to closure, you're comfortable talking to both a machine operator and a C-suite executive, and you don't wait to be told what the next problem is.

𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲

• Exposure to ERP or plant systems (M3, SAP, or similar)
• Experience running or supporting a system rollout across multiple sites
• Comfort working across international clients
