• Bachelor's Degree in Law (S.H.)
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Corporate Legal / Commercial Legal
• Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experienced in handling commercial agreements and corporate legal documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
• Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial matters
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Handle corporate secretarial and governance matters
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and government authorities
• Identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies
• Manage legal documentation and contract administration
