One of our prestigious clients in Oman is looking for an experienced Foremen to join their team immediately.

SALARY: OMR 170 – 220

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations.
• Allocate tasks and monitor workforce productivity.
• Ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications.
• Maintain quality standards and safety compliance.
• Coordinate material requirements and site resources.
• Report project progress to management.
• Resolve site-related issues and ensure timely completion of work.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Foreman in construction or aluminium/glass projects.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards.
