Job Purpose To coordinate and support the planning and execution of MICE projects (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events), ensuring smooth operations, client satisfaction, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end MICE activities under supervision. Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely delivery. Support event logistics, bookings, and on-site coordination. Prepare event-related documentation and follow-ups. Handle client requests and ensure service quality standards.
Gerneral Responsibilities Comply with company policies and procedures. Support team objectives and operational priorities. Ensure professional conduct with clients and partners. Maintain accurate records and reports.
Key performance indicators On-time task completion: At least 95% of assigned tasks completed within agreed timelines. Event execution accuracy: Operational errors not exceeding 2% per event. Client satisfaction score: Minimum 85%. Budget variance: Not exceeding ±5% of the approved budget. Vendor coordination response time: Within 24 hours.
Qualifications (Education & Work Experience) Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred) 2–4 years of experience in MICE, events, or hospitality operations
Other Job Requirements (Skills / Licensing / Certification) Certification in event management is an advantage Strong event coordination and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools Experience dealing with vendors, suppliers, and clients Willingness to work flexible hours during events
