One of our prestigious clients in Sri Lanka is looking for an enthusiastic Branch Employee (Counter Staff) to join their team immediately.

SALARY: LKR 45,000 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attend to customers at the branch counter professionally.
• Handle inquiries, orders, payments, and customer requests.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Assist in stock handling and branch operations.
• Support sales and customer service activities.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or counter operations is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
