- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years sales experience in corporate sales, or business development (automotive experience will be a strong advantage, Ex:- Spare Parts, Lubricants, Tires, Vehicles).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and relationship-building skills. (Proficiency in Tamil language will be an added advantage)
- A proactive, target-driven mindset with strong business acumen.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing sales team.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and comfort working with systems and reports.
- Willingness to engage in field sales and outdoor promotions as required.
- A proactive, organized professional who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
