Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, assign, and track workloads to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Set clear goals and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Coordinate between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Manage budgets, resources, and reporting.
• Identify process improvements and implement efficient workflows.
• Foster a positive, productive, and collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a management or team lead role, ideally within a digital or marketing agency.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Trello, Asana, ClickUp,Google docs/sheets).
• Solid understanding of digital marketing and content operations.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
