The Role

We are hiring a Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Engineer to join our growing offshore delivery team in Sri Lanka.

This role focuses on building scalable, enterprise-grade Microsoft business applications and working closely with global customers and onshore teams.

Summary

We are looking for candidates who go beyond basic configuration and have a strong interest in modern Microsoft technologies including Azure AI and Copilot, and who enjoy solving complex technical problems while building scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Dynamics 365 CE solutions including plugins, workflows, and custom APIs
• Build applications using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Develop integrations across Dataverse, Azure services, and SharePoint
• Write scalable backend logic using C# / .NET
• Support data migration, automation, and system integrations
• Optimize performance of Dynamics environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Collaborate with onshore teams and stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience (Must Have)

• 2–5 years experience in Dynamics 365 CE / CRM development
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Strong C# / .NET development skills
• Experience developing plugins and custom APIs
• Experience integrating with Azure services or REST APIs
• Strong interest or hands-on exposure to Azure AI / Copilot / modern Microsoft technologies (MANDATORY)
• Understanding of CRM processes and data modelling

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure Functions or serverless architecture
• Exposure to Microsoft Graph API or SharePoint integrations
• Exposure to Microsoft Graph API or SharePoint integrations
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Experience working with international clients
• Microsoft Certifications
