KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct internal and external audit assignments.
• Review financial records, accounting transactions, and internal controls.
• Assist in preparing audit reports, follow-up actions, and maintaining audit documentation.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports.
• Support VAT, tax compliance, statutory audits, and other finance-related activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting, taxation, and regulatory requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Part-qualified in CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, CIMA, CMA, or AAT, or possess a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an audit firm or a similar role.
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
