Professional Business Consultants is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Secretary to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain executive calendars.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Handle office administration and general clerical duties.
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
- Support management with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English (Credit Pass in GCE O/L English).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Good typing speed and document preparation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Previous experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
