We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Business Analyst – Automation, Systems & AI to drive enterprise-wide process improvement, systems integration, and intelligent automation across our organisation.
This is a unique opportunity to work across multiple business functions including Retail, Hardware, Pharmacy, Health Services, Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, and Corporate Services, helping to design smarter, faster, and more scalable ways of working.
About the Role
As the Business Analyst – Automation, Systems & AI, you will identify, analyse, map, redesign, and automate end-to-end business processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and visibility across the organisation.
You will work closely with stakeholders to understand how work is performed, uncover inefficiencies, and implement practical technology solutions using automation, systems integration, and artificial intelligence.
This is an enterprise-wide role focused on delivering business outcomes—not supporting a single system, department, or technology platform.
Key Responsibilities
Process Analysis & Improvement
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to understand current business processes.
- Develop process maps, flowcharts, and future-state workflows.
- Identify opportunities to eliminate manual processes and improve efficiency.
- Standardise and optimise processes across multiple business units.
Automation & Systems Integration
- Design and implement automated workflows and digital solutions.
- Integrate core business systems including ERP, POS, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and other platforms.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies based on business needs and value.
AI & Intelligent Automation
- Identify practical opportunities to use AI within business operations.
- Implement solutions such as document automation, intelligent routing, analytics, and workflow optimisation.
- Ensure solutions are secure, sustainable, and aligned with governance requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with leaders and teams across the organisation.
- Translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
- Support change management, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Analysis, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in business process analysis, automation, systems integration, or digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of process mapping and process improvement methodologies.
- Experience delivering automation solutions and workflow improvements.
- Practical knowledge of AI applications in business environments.
