One of our prestigious clients in Sri Lanka is looking for an experienced Manager – General Insurance to join their team immediately.

SALARY: LKR 150,000 (Negotiable)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and oversee the General Insurance business operations.
• Develop strategies to achieve business growth and sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and corporate partners.
• Lead and mentor the insurance team to ensure high performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare performance reports and present recommendations to management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Insurance, Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in General Insurance operations or management.
• Strong knowledge of general insurance products and industry regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop business and manage client relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
